Terms of purchase at Perfume splits ensure that all our products are genuine, we do not mix with dupes or copies of any kind. The consumer has the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal, but is responsible for the return shipping cost. We ask that you first contact us via the form on the "About us" page. Please note that opened packages cannot be returned. We take no responsibility for any reactions that the perfume ingredients may have on the skin or for how the consumer chooses to use the product. Delivery takes place within 2-5 days depending on your location, but delays may occur. We recommend that you contact us if any problems arise, so that we can try to find a solution.
